I am a believer in Jesus Christ, a mother of 4 grown children and now a grandmother. I was born and raised in Jamaica, I went to a Catholic Boarding school, got married began having my children then became born again in 1988 at the age of 28 years old. I have been sweetly and faithfully kept by God for over 30 years and from day one I have always wanted to help others come to know and love Jesus.
I have served on Intercessory Boards, Usher Boards and Counseling Boards. I was in the leadership of a Christian Women’s Fellowship for a few years and I have always been a part of small groups and home bible studies.
I migrated from Jamaica in 2014 and I am now a member at a small Family Integrated Church in Pembroke Pines, Florida. I think of myself these days as a Charismatic Calvinist, but I am just an ordinary believer in Jesus who has experienced the reality and goodness of God throughout my journey with Him.
God has generously gifted me with the time and desire to write about how He has allowed me to see Him in the Word and in my life. I desire to use this medium to record and share how I have encountered the beauty of Christ in suffering and day to day living.
I have found it to be true that the process of writing is a great way to discover more treasures of understanding from the Holy Spirit. This adventure in blogging is probably more for my blessing than anyone else. It is so good to remember the faithfulness of our loving Father.
